Located on the 2nd floor of Leonardo Arms building 3 which is positioned overlooking the pool & the gulf. Unit had a small amount of water under balcony slider from hurricane Ian. Flooring in that area was removed immediately & needs to be replaced. Santini Plaza & Fish-Tale Marina are located across the street for restaurants, shopping, & entertainment. Close to Lovers Key State Park & easy south end access to/from Southwest International Airport. Leonardo Arms not only held strong through Hurricane Ian, it was also properly insured and managed.
