About Alva

Sleeping along the Caloosahatchee River is the little unincorporated (country) community of Alva. Home to large beautiful homes and ranches along the river. Also home to some newer subdivisions, and varying prices.

While Alva may not offer all of the retail and dining options, it does offer ease of access to those options. Situated on both sides of Florida State Road 80, you can zip into Ft. Myers, or over to I-75 in about 15 mins. Or, you can hop on your boat, and take a nice cruise towards the Gulf and stop, dock, and dine at one of the many restaurants along the Caloosahatchee.

Alva is also very beautiful. Most of it is very lush throughout the year, and offers growers a year round season. Maybe you should plant your roots here too!
