The slips's power pedestal has 30 & 50 AMP shore power connections plus a dockside storage box. The clubhouse features a pool, barbecue area, ice, showers, restrooms, laundry, conference room, mailboxes & a dock master onsite daily. The Marco Island Marina has security cameras in place and ample parking with dock carts also available. As an owner in this 120 slip owner's organization, you may also rent your slip through the marina office management or enter it into the transient pool for supplemental income when not using your slip.
