Additional fees include a $1,500 security deposit, $150 HOA application fee, $250 departure cleaning fee, $350 non-refundable pet fee if applicable, and 11% tourist tax.
Please note that Timber Creek HOA requires a minimum of 30 days to process all rental applications, so advance planning is required prior to occupancy.
